Manufactured using GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified recycled materials, this lightweight floor impact sound insulation system is developed under a “New Material & Advanced Construction Method” concept. It effectively reduces impact noise transmission from upper floors to lower residential units, improving inter-floor acoustic separation.

The system combines lightweight design with high structural strength and acoustic performance, minimizing additional dead load on floor slabs. It is suitable for both new construction and renovation projects.

When installed as a standalone layer, the panel achieves an impact sound reduction of at least 17 dB. Under high-performance green building criteria, reduction performance can reach at least 23 dB.

The material provides high elastic cushioning and structural stability, with localized compressive strength up to 1070 kgf/cm², maintaining performance under long-term static and dynamic loading conditions.

It also demonstrates excellent dimensional stability, resisting deformation due to temperature and humidity variations, ensuring long-term reliability of the floor finishing system in residential and commercial applications.
